I used all these items up around the same time so I thought, why not do an empties post. I like reading these posts, it gives you a chance to see what people have actually used up and a good overall review, instead of first impressions. I used to be a little bit of a hoarder, I used to keep pretty packaging for whatever unknown reason and have clutter everywhere! Now it's like I'm the total opposite, I'm constantly reorganising my room, it drives me mad!

The first item I used up was The Body Shop Wild Cherry Body Scrub - £2. I bought this online thinking it was a full size product - no wonder I thought it was so cheap, silly me! However, I'm actually glad it wasn't full size as I didn't really like it at all, the only thing I did like was the smell. For something labelled as a scrub, it didn't have the texture I was expecting and it wasn't very exfoliating. It felt like a jelly with bits of kiwi seeds and what seemed like strawberry seeds. It was also really hard, it just slid everywhere and I ended up wasting it. I normally love everything I try from The Body Shop, so I was quite surprised that I didn't enjoy this one. In the end I just used it as a shower gel, for the smell - it did smell gorgeous.

Bit of a random item but I've been using the Sure Maximum Protection Deodorant - £5.30 for a couple of years now and it's the best deodorant I've ever used. It may be a bit embarrassing but lets face it, it happens to everyone. It's amazing for nights out, it literally stops you from sweating, no nasty patches! It's a bit pricey but one lasts me all month. I have noticed that every now and again as it's running out it does start to go a bit weird, I think this might be due to using it when I've got false tan on - it starts smelling like biscuits.

I picked up the VO5 Moisture Soak Elixir - £4.29 a few months ago now after seeing Lily from LLYMLRS.com mentioned it in one of her posts as she loves it, so I had to try it. It's took me months to finish it as I really wasn't impressed. It's an in shower hot oil treatment that you simply put on your hair and leave for a few minutes. It felt really soft when I had just washed it off and it was still wet but once I had dried it, it didn't feel or look any different.

When In Boots, I look advantage of the 3 for £10 deal they had on hair care. I picked up The Aussie Colour Mate Shampoo - £4.49, Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Colour Conditioner - £4.99. I had heard good reviews saying these were amazing so I think I built them up too much in my head as I wasn't that impressed. They left my hair feeling ok but nothing special. I hated the smell, if you've ever used Colourb4, that horrible peach/egg smell, that's what it smelt like, every time I got a whiff it made me feel a bit sick. I want to try the 3 Minute Miracle Reconstructor Deep Treatment to see if that's any better. So many negative reviews today.

Another hair care product I've used up is the John Frida Frizz Ease Extra Strength Serum - £6.26. I used to swear by this product but stopped using it for some reason and I don't know why. I recently found it hidden away in my huge draw (after another reorganisation) and liked it so much that I used the rest up. It leaves my hair so soft and shiny. I have quite frizzy hair naturally which is a total pain and this really does help a lot. I use it on soaking wet hair which really helps. If you've got frizzy hair I really recommend this. Smells lovely too.

I've recently finished the the Soap & Glory Flake Away Body Scrub - £7, all Soap & Glory products smell amazing and I think this is my favourite scent of them all. It reminds me of Coco Mademoiselle, this is probably the reason why I love it so much. The formula is quite concentrated which I love, it doesn't slide everywhere like The Body Shop one does. It also leaves a film which sinks into your skin and the smell stays with you all day. The only thing I'd say is if you have sensitive skin I'd be a bit careful as it can be quite abrasive.

As well as finishing this mini Bioderma - £4.49, I'm also running out of my full size one too - makes me feel so sad. I don't think I'll ever stop using this product, It's amazing. It takes pretty much all of my makeup (including mascara) off so effortlessly without irritating my skin or eyes. I just wish they'd sort the cap out though, I always pour out far too much!

Items I'd repurchase:
Bioderma
Soap & Glory Flake Away
Sure Deodorant
John Frida Frizz Ease

Items I wouldn't:
VO5 Hot Oil
Aussie Shampoo & Conditioner
Body Shop Body Scrub
