I feel so behind with my blog, I literally just haven't had the time! I miss just being able to sit around on my laptop every day.. that was one upside to being unemployed! Anyway, I didn't even have to think about what products to choose for my August favourites, I've been using each product pretty much every day!

Macadamia Oil No Tangle Brush* I received this brush in my Mid Summer Meet goody bag and it came in a set with a mini Macadamia Oil and hair treatment which I'm yet to try. I use this brush all the time but I love using this when I've just washed my hair, it gets rid of and tangles with no effort at all. My little sister always moans about getting her hair brushed, saying brushing her 'tats' out hurts her. However she loves using this brush as it brushes them out really easily. I also love how it has a handle, it makes it so easy to use.

Urban Decay Naked Palette* I never really used to use the matte shadows in my Naked palette but they're the only shades I've really been wearing lately. 'Naked' and 'Buck' are the perfect every day shades. I'm really tempted by the Urban Decay Basics Palette now...

Jemma Kidd Concealer First of all, I don't think this is any good for concealing blemishes, it's far too thin. I've also got the lightest shade which is too light for my skin but I love it to brighten up under my eyes. I also use it down the bridge of my nose, my forehead and my chin.

Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream Lip Balm* I love this lip balm, it's amazing. When you put it on it has that stinging effect, like those venom lipglosses. It's so thick so you only need a small amount and it leaves your lips feeling so soft and smooth. Sometimes I dab a tiny amount on before I apply lipstick if I have chapped lips and it also gives a more glossy finish. You can read my full review here.

Clarins Extra Firming Body Cream Ever since seeing Lily Pebble's video where she said she uses a firming cream to try and prevent the dreaded turkey neck I've started using this Firming Body Cream by Clarins. Lily uses the Clarins Extra-Firming Neck Cream but I already had this so thought, how different could the formulas really be?
I have no idea if this is actually going to work, but I've really enjoyed using it over the past month. I've added it to my nighttime skincare routine and it leaves my neck feeling really soft.. so hopefully it will!

NARS At First Sight Palette* This palette is amazing, I've been reaching for it every single day I've wore makeup. I was so happy to find out that it included the famous Laguna bronzer and Deep Throat blush. It also includes 4 amazing eyeshadows too. You can read my full review here.

Rimmel Kate Moss Lipstick 101 I've been wearing this lipstick the most this month. I'd describe the shade as a purple toned baby pink... It has a matte finish without being too drying, it's actually feels fairly creamy when you apply it. It also only lasts about 2 hours which isn't too bad.

Once again I'm sorry for the lack of posts and communication, I'm trying to be better ha! Let me know what products you've been loving this month.
